Communication that Heals

Integrative Relationship Counselling

For those who are interested in my style, I use integrative counselling for couples and relationships; this being a carefully considered combination of modalities, because every one of us is unique. I often draw from a mixture of; internal family systems, where we consider the different parts of us which make up the whole gestalt therapy, which focuses on immediacy – the here and now transactional analysis, where we delve into relationship dynamics. Emotionally focused therapy, when intuition and feelings are brought forward. Because each of us is individual, having a range of integrated techniques at our disposal grants a customised experience to everyone. As the heart of every technique is an overriding philosophy of person centred care, and a non-judgemental space. Get in touch today to find out more or to schedule a consultation.

During your sessions, You’ll embark on a journey of self-discovery and heightened self-understanding. It all starts with awareness, and then moves into acceptance, and ends with change. It will assist you in making decisions for yourself that are healthier and better.

During the process, we will work together to review what has and hasn’t been working for you and highlight the progress made.
